Day two of spiritual and physical fasting. The day starts of with prayer and meditation we just did our morning cardio workout. Now to work we go with marketing and promotions. Getting ready for our next three events coming in the next two months. Our Diet will contain vegetables and baked chicken. No beef,pork or sodas we will drink 80% water and 20% all natural juice for the next 50 days this will be our schedule. Then we will close out the day at the gym for our evening workout,Prayer for the evening then rest up for Day 3. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
